How we prepped before going live
In order to prepare for the listening party, we followed our checklist for ensuring a smooth event from the initial prep to wrapping up the event. Our team assisted every step of the way through coordinating the event schedule, planning and sending out event promotion, designing visuals, and monitoring the stream to make sure everything ran smoothly. Here’s a quick overview of what we did to support Avenged Sevenfold’s album listening party:
- Coordinating the event schedule and timing
- Developing and sending out promotional materials
- Creating the listening party video using artist provided graphics
- Being on-hand to monitor throughout the event
