This week we shipped a bunch of updates to Realms.tv focused on performance, creator tools, and community features. Everything we released is aimed at making the platform faster, easier to use, and giving creators more control over their realms. Here’s what’s live now.
Faster, Smoother Experience
Updated Page Shell
We refreshed the core interface to make navigation easier and more intuitive. Finding content and moving around your realm should feel cleaner and simpler.
Performance Improvements
Pages load faster and interactions across the platform feel snappier thanks to some behind-the-scenes updates.
Faster Page Builder Editing
Page builder updates now happen almost instantly, so making changes to your realm will happen much faster.
Easier Content Discovery
Watch Later, Favorites, and Playlists
Users now have more ways to organize the content they love. Save videos to Watch Later, Favorites, or build Playlists for easy access to what matters most.
Updated Notifications
We’ve redesigned the notifications view and added new notification types so users can stay up to date on posts, activity, and updates across their realm.
Community & Communication
Direct Messages
Users can now send DMs to each other on the platform. Mass messaging for creators is coming soon, which will make announcements and marketing messages easier to send.
Discussion Updates
We improved discussion features with better poll and image support, expanded management tools, and more granular paywall controls. Creators now have more flexibility over who can see and interact with posts.
Spam Prevention
We’ve added Veritas by Audentio, a spam prevention system, to keep harmful or unwanted content out of discussions.
New Moderator UX
Moderators now have an updated interface that makes reviewing reports and managing content more straightforward.
Monetization & Creator Tools
Revenue Share Tools
We’ve added a new system to easily set rules on how money earned from tickets, subscriptions, credits, and more are split between the realm and creators, allowing everyone to benefit from the shared success of the realm.
Credit Unlocks
Creators can now set content to be unlocked via credit purchases, offering an additional way to monetize beyond subscriptions.
Tipping and Tip Tracking
Users can tip creators directly on the platform. Tips are tracked in the manager panel and per user/creator, so it’s easy to see incoming support.
Bottom Tab Menu Control
You now have more control over the mobile experience. Customize the bottom tab menu to show the links that matter most to your users.
Optional Age Verification
You can now add age verification so that only adult users can gain access to your realm if needed.
Coming Soon
Native App Support
We’re almost finished building our native app, which will let creators publish their realms in app stores.
Discord Integration
Soon you’ll be able to automatically add or remove members from Discord based on their subscription status in your realm.
